Returns & Refund Policy
At Chasing Warriors, we aim to handle every request with respect, transparency, and the professional standard our community deserves. As all proceeds from book sales benefit the National Ranger Association, we thank you for your support and understanding of our policies.
Return Window & Conditions
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, your book must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Signed & Personalized Copies
Please note that signed or personalized copies are final sale and non-returnable. Exceptions are made only if the book arrives damaged or contains a significant misprint. If a dedicated copy had a misspelled word we will replace free of charge
Shipping & Handling
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent), Chasing Warriors will cover the shipping fees.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at chasingwarriorsbook@gmail.com with your order number. If the item is damaged, please include clear photos of the damage and packaging for our review.
Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 7–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
